Whenever I’m sick, I’ll automatically turn to my all-time favourite Strawberry-Mango and Yogurt Smoothie for temporary relive. It is not so much for its nutritional value, but rather the momentary comfort that comes along with it. Comfort food is definitely the one thing that never disappoints, so for all you people who are feeling down, stressed, sick or far away from home, here are a few lip-smacking, feel-good food you can always trust for instant contentment!

There’s something about biting through those crispy layers into the succulent filling that makes us grin with satisfaction. I particularly love the fun element that comes along with creating new combinations of drinks that are pleasing to your palate. Smoothies are also the most efficient way to ensure your body’s daily nutritional needs are met by blending a couple of servings of fruits and vegetables.
